They want you to be happy with the products you choose from them, but they understand that sometimes things aren't right and you may decide you want to return something. They offer a 14-day returns and exchange policy, effective from the day your order is delivered, to give you complete peace of mind. When returning or exchanging an item, all they ask is that the item(s) is unused and in the original condition you received it in. That includes all labels and tags being intact and original packaging is used. Unfortunately, they cannot offer returns or exchanges after the 14-day period.

Once they have collected your item, the return team will inspect the goods. They allow up to 5 working days for their team to inspect returned items against their returns criteria, to check the goods are still in their original unused condition and packaging and that there are no visible faults, damage, or missing parts. Once they have confirmed that the returned item meets their returns criteria their returns team will process a refund. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
