What is the refund policy?
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your product, any unopened non-faulty items returned by you to Garden Chic premises or address of their choosing complete with packaging, manuals/instructions, and any fixings within 14 days (7 Days in the case of Timber or Stone Products) of purchase may obtain a full refund. If it is required that they collect goods, Garden Chic may offer that service in certain cases, however, there will be a carriage cost.
