Returns

Konditor really hope that customers will be pleased with their purchase from Love Baked In Ltd trading as Konditor. However, if upon collection or delivery of the products customers find that they are different to those ordered, the order is incomplete, or an item is in a damaged condition when received, please notify Konditor immediately by telephone on 020 7633 3333.

If an item is damaged or not as described on the Order Confirmation, Konditor will credit or refund the purchase. In the case of damaged goods, customers must retain the damaged Products and all packaging for inspection by Konditor. Any complaints raised without evidence of goods will not be possible to be processed. Subject to viewing claimed damage and to Terms and Conditions stipulated here, Konditor will refund the price customers paid for the returned Products together, or they will provide a credit voucher for Love Baked In Ltd trading as Konditor. Konditor will have no liability to customers for any indirect loss. They will only make a refund to the original credit card or debit card account used to make the online purchase.

Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective to each person, Konditor cannot accept the return of any products based on personal dislike of taste or texture. All their products are handmade and small irregularities enhance their natural character and are part of the overall look and feel of Love Baked In Ltd trading as Konditor baking. Konditor have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of their products that appear at the store. Konditor cannot guarantee that each customer’s computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. They cannot issue a refund based on a variance in colour expected on the screen display.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Konditor only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If customers receive an item that is damaged please send an email to hello@konditor.co.uk immediately and the Konditor will be happy to organise replacements subject to the above conditions of return.

Refunds

Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning their item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customers receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
