Can I make a change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order they are unable to amend it nor can we cancel it. This includes changing the delivery address, items included, colours, sizes and or removing items. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this, but they hope you understand that this is due to the speedy turnaround of your order.
How do I know my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched from their warehouse you will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped and will provide all relevant tracking information. This will come from them, and the courier directly. Lyle and Scott do recommend that you check your junk/spam folder for this email, as it can sometimes find its way there. Should you not receive this within a few days of ordering, please do get in touch.
When do I get a refund once I have returned an item?
Lyle and Scott aim to process your refund request within 2 working days of receiving your return. However, during sale periods this may take a little longer. Once your return has been processed on their system, you’ll receive an email notifying you the refund has taken place. After this point, please allow a further 7 working days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
