mahabis will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. It'll have the title: mahabis // shipping confirmation for order (your order ID) so you can search this in your inbox if you need to track down the email.

Shipping options and prices are calculated based on the shipping country you provide during checkout.

Within 30 days of receiving your mahabis, simply send back the items you want to return and they will replace them or refund the amount you paid. mahabis cover the shipping cost of your returns unless you choose a premium returns service. Your return must be sent back to the address outlined in the returns process.

mahabis's team checks your slippers when they arrive back to them, then either process your refund back to the original payment method, or ships you your replacement order. As this is a manual process, please allow up to 10 working days for them to process the refund and for the funds to be available in your account.

If you are exchanging your mahabis, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your replacement has been dispatched. This will contain the tracking information as well.

Refunds should take no longer than 7-10 days following receipt. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
