What is your return/exchange policy?
To accommodate the challenges caused by COVID-19, they are extending their return period by 15 days. They guarantee their merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at their discretion for an online store credit.
How do I change or cancel an order?
To cancel an order you recently completed please contact customer service as soon as possible. They will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because their system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, they cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Orders with ground shipping placed Monday thru Friday before 9:00 AM PST will be shipped within 1 business day. If your order is placed Monday thru Friday after 9:00 AM PST with ground shipping, it will ship the following business day. Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 12:00PM PST with expedited shipping will ship within 1 business day. If your order with expedited shipping is placed Monday thru Friday after 12:00PM PST, it will ship the following business day. If your order is placed Friday after 1:00 PM PST, it will ship the following business day, excluding holidays. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select. All orders are subject to verification and the order may be delayed or cancelled if incorrect information is provided. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
