How do I track my order?
Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery will be dispatched in 1-2 business days and takes 2-4 days to deliver. They will give you tracking information so you can see where your new plant has been, and when it will arrive. If your order is taking longer than expected, message them and they will find out what is happening, so you can get your plant as soon as possible.
What is the Prickle return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Prickle they offer a full money-back guarantee (excluding returns postage). Please notify them within 30 days of your delivery and upon receiving the returned goods they will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Although they would love to refund every item, the refund policy is dependent on the item being returned unopened and "as new".
