Quiz Clothing accepts VISA, Klarna, American Express, Amazon Pay, and Master Card, and PayPal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. They ship Internationally.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain tracking information.
Can I return an online order in store?
They have made the decision to temporarily close all of their stores, effective from 5 pm on Saturday 21st March.
When will I receive my refund?
They will process your refund as soon as we possibly can; please allow at least 7-10 working days after we receive your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount. After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be returned to your account.
Please note that your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account, therefore they do not have any control over this time frame. If your card has expired or has been declined they will contact you to arrange an alternative method of payment.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Changing or canceling your order depends on the status of your order. Unfortunately, if your order is awaiting dispatch or has already been dispatched they would not be able to alter the information you’ve provided. However, if the order has not been dispatched and is just sitting at approved, please contact them and provide all the required information you wish to be changed. They cannot guarantee that your order will be changed but they will do the best they can - if your order cannot be changed they will notify you.
