What is the return policy?
The Tight Spot offers free returns and shall exchange the goods or refund you the cost, if you return your product(s) to them UNOPENED and re-salable, within their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
The Tight Spot provides size charts for all of their products to help you determine your size before adding to your basket. To avoid disappointment and misguidance on product sizing, they recommend that you thoroughly analyze their size guides accurately, and if in doubt of your measurements, measure your self again before purchase and ensure that your size accurately reflects the guidelines set out by their brands.
Up until they receive the returned good(s) they are your responsibility.

If further information is required, you will be asked for it as you complete your order. Remember you’re Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password is not your The Tight Spot password and The Tight Spot does not have access to your Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password.
