APH only want you to create an account with my APH if you believe you will benefit from having access to your bookings in the future; APH will not force you to do so. You can simply make a fresh booking each time if you choose.
Is it possible to book online or over the phone?
You have the option of booking both online and over the phone. You can make a reservation online at any time and from any location. You can make a reservation with APH over the phone at any time during APH's business hours.
Why should I make a reservation in advance?
APH recommend that you always pre-book your parking because it can save you up to 60% overpaying on the spot. Pre-booking not only saves you money but also ensures that you get the service you want. To save even more money, APH recommend booking as long in advance as possible, as rates tend to rise as the date approaches.
How can I make a reservation for a group?
You may reserve parking for up to three vehicles at a time, hotel and parking packages, or hotel only bookings for up to three rooms at a time on APH's website. Simply choose the sort of quote you require, and on the search form, indicate how many people will be travelling, how many vehicles will be parked, and how many rooms will be required. If you enter all of this information accurately, the total pricing for your group will be displayed when you press search, and all you have to do now is complete your booking.
Should I specify my predicted pick-up time or my landing time when making a reservation?
APH recommend that you provide your flight landing time when making your parking reservation. When you make a reservation with APH, APH will ask for your inbound flight number if you have one, as most car parks will track your trip to guarantee that your vehicle is ready when you return. You won't have to guess how long it will take you to return to retrieve your car once your aircraft has landed because carparks know how long it generally takes.
Can I book Meet & Greet even though I'll be returning to a different terminal?
Of course, you can still make a reservation! However, make sure you select one of APH's non-terminal specific Meet & Greet services. If a service only has one terminal, it will be explicitly noted in the details you view when getting a quote. Simply include your full flight details and the terminals you'll be returning to when making your meet and greet reservation online, and the car park will be notified. Of course, you can also inform your driver that you will be dropping the vehicle off at a separate terminal.
Is it possible to make a reservation on short notice?
Certain parking spaces can be reserved on short notice. It is up to each of APH's carparks to decide whether or not they will accept a booking at short notice; this is a rule that they set. For APH's carparks, APH can only take bookings within the hour; however, APH will not be able to accept any bookings that are planned to begin less than an hour after you finish your booking. To verify all availability for a last-minute appointment, simply request a quote, and all of the alternatives displayed will be able to accommodate you.
Do I need to reserve a lounge ahead of time?
You don't have to book a lounge ahead of time if you don't want to; simply show up and pay on the spot. This, however, is done on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is always the danger that the lounge will be filled and you will be unable to enter. APH usually recommend that you reserve a lounge ahead of time because it is less expensive and ensures that you have a spot.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Manage My Booking allows you to make adjustments to the majority of your reservations. Any modifications must be made at least 24 hours before departure, and APH cannot accept changes to travel dates and times for some services (Non-Flexible, Supersaver, or Advanced Purchase Services, for example), but you can update personal data such as car and airline information. Please keep in mind that changes to your travel dates are subject to availability and may incur a fee. If you have received notification that your flight has been cancelled, please call APH as soon as possible so that APH can assist you. If you call APH more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time and you have purchased a flexible option, APH may be able to cancel or adjust your reservation if you have been assigned a different flight. If you are unable to cancel within 24 hours, APH will be unable to assist you since APH's regular terms and conditions will apply; however, APH will provide you with a letter that you can use to claim your travel insurance.
Can I cancel my reservation because I need to rebook my flights?
You can cancel your reservation and receive a refund if you have a flexible booking and offer at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before the parking time begins. This implies that you can cancel a reservation for any reason up until midnight, two days before your arrival at the car park, and get a full refund. What should I do if I wish to cancel my reservation but have a new credit card?

How long does it take for a refund to arrive?
