Which courier do you use?
The majority of orders are despatched using UK Mail on a Next Day service however for orders weighing less than 2kg may be sent by Royal Mail which can take 1-4 days. Orders received by 3 pm Monday-Thursday (or 2 pm on Friday)* will normally be delivered the next working day (except Bank Holidays). They deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and Islands areas within the UK at no extra cost to you; however, deliveries to more remote areas may take up to five working days.
How can I pay?
CJ Wildlife accepts payments by credit/debit card (which will be immediately charged) or PayPal. You can also pay by cheque or vouchers, both of which should be posted to them at the address above with your order, or your order reference and your goods will be despatched upon receipt of payment. Please note that they cannot accept cash payment for post, phone or web orders. You can pay by cash if you collect your goods from their warehouse in Shrewsbury.
How can I cancel?
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods. ) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
What is the cost of delivery?
For orders under £25.00, they continue to heavily subsidize postage, packing and insurance making it a reasonable £3.25 per order, no matter what the size! For orders £25.00 and over they offer free standard next day delivery. For your convenience, deliveries do not need to be signed for and can be made to an address of your choice. If you give them specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave in the garage) drivers will leave goods as requested.
