Delivery and Collection is their new product which provides customers with a minimum 10% discount on Delivery and/or Collection orders at participating restaurants. Whilst the minimum discount will always be 10%, restaurants can at times increase the discount amount and add other special offers. Orders must be placed and paid for via the app to qualify for the discount. Non-members will have to pay a service charge whereas gourmet society members get this fee waived.

You must sign in to your membership via the app or website in order to access all the available gourmet society offers, giveaways and competitions.

They will email you 30 days before your membership payment is due to be taken, to remind you of the amount and date they will request payment from your bank. They will provide you with a link that you can use to log into your membership and request to cancel the renewal. Alternatively, you can click the "contact us" option on this page and email them requesting to cancel your membership.

When you buy e-codes from them they are issued with 3 months validity. The expiry date of the e-codes is provided in your order confirmation email. If you are trying to use your e-code after the date on the email then they are sorry but we are unable to refund or extend these.
