What is the payment method?
Lovedrobe accepts Sage, Master Card, Maestro, Visa, and PayPal.
Can I amend or add to my order once I’ve placed it?
They usually pack your order within an hour of placing it, which means they can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or the payment method. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on what delivery option you’ve chosen. The quickest option would be to phone them at 0333 7000 550 and they can help you with your request.
Do I have to pay for the return postage?
The return postage costs are at your own expense, with the exception of items being faulty or incorrect. They do not cover the cost of the return of unwanted items. If you have received the wrong item or a faulty item, please contact them to arrange for a pre-paid return label. Further information on their policy can be found here.
What countries do you ship to?
