Onlynaturals accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.

When you place and pay for an order with them you will receive an email confirming your order. If you haven't received this within an hour of placing your order then please first check your Spam/Trash folder in your email, as their emails sometimes end up there, especially if you are using a Live or Hotmail email account. If you still can't find it please email info@onlynaturals.co.uk as your order may not have completed successfully.

When Onlynaturals ships your order they will send you an email confirming it has been shipped. If you have chosen Next Day delivery (the UK only) this email will include tracking details so you can track your order. If you haven't received an email from us within 2 working days of placing your order then please first check your Spam/Trash folder in your email, as their emails sometimes end up there. You can also check if your order has shipped by logging in to your account and checking the status there.

For all UK orders, or International Priority Signed/Tracked Orders, Onlynaturals will send a Tracking Number when they ship your order. This will be shown at the bottom of your Shipment Confirmation email. You can use this number to track your item direct on Royal Mail, Parcel Force, or DPD websites.

If you wish to return your goods you can do so within fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods. Onlynaturals will only accept returns if the item is unopened and unused unless the product is defective or damaged and you are returning it for this reason. Goods that are sealed or shrink-wrapped and these are opened or the seals removed can only be returned if they are defective.

Please observe the following procedure for all returns to them:

• Please email info@onlynaturals.co.uk, quoting your Name and Order Number, and the reason for your return. Onlynaturals will then issue you with a Return Authorisation. Without this Return Authorisation, they will not be able to process your Refund or Replacement
• On the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, (if you no longer have your delivery note), include your Name, Order Number and the reason for the return.
• If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.
• Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, free gifts, samples, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately, Onlynaturals will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state. If the original packaging you received the product in has been damaged or destroyed then you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to them.
