Wal G's courier service requires a signature on receipt of your order to confirm delivery. On occasion, their courier company will deliver to a neighbour if it seems safe to do so & they will leave a card confirming this.
Wal G currently don't accept any exchanges but if you are within the return period you can send it back for a refund.
