How can I receive samples?
From time to time, samples are available at your local retailer. Unfortunately, they do not mail out samples by request.
Are Benefit Cosmetics products hypo-allergenic?
The Benefit Cosmetics does not test for or claim that their products are hypo-allergenic (least likely to cause an allergic reaction) or non-comedogenic (does not cause pimples & blackheads). If you have a specific allergy, please review the ingredients which are listed on the product page and contact your general practitioner to determine if a product is suitable for your skin.
How do I cancel/change an order?
You’re able to cancel within 30 minutes of placing an order, gorgeous. Once an order is placed, they are unable to make any changes to the order.
