What is the payment method?
Bows Boutiques accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Worldpay, and PayPal.
Can I amend my order?
Once your order has been placed unfortunately they will not be able to make any changes to the item/sizes on the order.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, they are not able to offer exchanges on returns. They do advise that should you need a new size/color a new order is placed.
How long do I have to return an item?
Should you need to return any item from your order please return with 14 days of delivery. You do not need to notify them of your return, however, they strongly recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting the order back to them. They ask that you please take care when trying on your items. Should the return show sign of wear or any tangs have been removed for any reason their returns team will not be able to process your refund. Please note that should any returned parcels be lost by your chosen courier for a return they will not be able to issue a refund.
Where is my refund?
When your returned parcel is received in their warehouse they aim to have the refund processed within 5 working days. Their returns team are working as quickly as possible to have orders refunded however at busier periods this time may increase slightly. Once processed you will receive an email to let you know your refund has been issued. All funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
