Sometimes it may happen that a parcel cannot be delivered to you personally. In their experience, it is most likely that the parcel is with one of your neighbours, at the front desk, or at the mailroom.
In this case, they encourage you to contact your neighbours and other house residents if the parcel has been delivered to them. Please also check your mailroom, if available. Usually, the parcel should be located. They kindly ask you for a little more patience.
