Sometimes it may happen that a parcel cannot be delivered to you personally. In their experience, it is most likely that the parcel is with one of your neighbours, at the front desk, or at the mailroom.
In this case, they encourage you to contact your neighbours and other house residents if the parcel has been delivered to them. Please also check your mailroom, if available. Usually, the parcel should be located. They kindly ask you for a little more patience.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, they will be happy to accept your return within 28 days from the date your order was delivered.
Before accepting your parcel upon delivery, they highly recommend inspecting your package to ensure that there are no signs of damage and that all items are included. If the parcel appears damaged or if goods are missing, they encourage you to decline the delivery.
In case any damage or loss is detected after the receipt of the parcel, please contact the ZOEVA Customer Care Team immediately after receiving your order. After 7 days from the day of delivery, it will no longer be possible to file a claim.
To process your request, they require photos of the outside of the parcel, the invoice, and all its contents. Additionally, they ask you not to dispose of the shipping box in case it needs to be inspected.
